Abstract Submissions
As in previous years, the meeting will be organized into scientific sessions, and will also include a poster session. Abstracts for both oral and poster sessions should be submitted via the abstract submission form.
The deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2010. We encourage you to submit early.
Abstract Guidelines
- The abstract must contain at least a description of the study and preliminary findings.
- Submission should be an MS Word Document.
- Limited in length ½ to 1 page, single spaced.
- Use 12 point Times New Roman font.
Oral Presentations
We strongly encourage presentations from our international colleagues. The time allocated for each presentation is contingent upon the number of presentations in each session; however, we suggest you have no more than 15 slides, and allow 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Poster Presentations
Posters will be available for viewing during an evening session on May 19 (time TBA). Poster presenters are asked to attend their posters during this time. (Instructions)
Note: Once all abstracts are received, an agenda will be determined and authors will receive further information about their submission. It is possible that all abstracts may not be accepted due to the expected number of submissions.
